Lincoln's Pioneer Custom Creations - Shop Policies
When you place an order with Lincoln's Pioneer Custom Creations, you agree to all of the following policies:
Customization

Mock-Ups: For custom items, mock-ups will be sent for your approval. You have one week from receiving the mock-up to approve it or request changes. If no response is received within a week, the item will be made and shipped as is.

Free Changes: You are allowed up to two free changes to your mock-up. Additional changes will incur a charge of $5 for every two edits.
Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. While we strive to complete and ship orders within a few days, the full 1-2 week window is reserved to accommodate our workload.

If turnaround times exceed this, you will be notified promptly.
Cancellations

Custom Orders: You have 12 hours to cancel a custom order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted once production has begun.

Non-Custom Orders: You have 24 hours to cancel a non-custom order.

Lincoln's Pioneer Custom Creations reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Custom orders lacking proper information will be canceled one month from the order date if the necessary details are not provided. No refunds will be issued for these canceled orders.
Local Pickup Policy

Pickup Window: Local orders must be picked up within 17 days of notification that your order is ready.

Unclaimed Orders:

If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, you must pay for shipping to have it delivered.

If shipping is not arranged within an additional 7 days, your order may be resold or destroyed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Shipping

Tracking: All shipped items include tracking. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Responsibility: Lincoln's Pioneer Custom Creations is not responsible for packages after they are shipped. For issues such as lost packages, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Ensure your delivery location is safe.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, email us at lincolnspioneer@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address.
Package Protection
By declining Route Protection, you waive Lincoln's Pioneer Custom Creations’ responsibility for replacement or refund of lost or damaged items.
Returns, Remakes, and Refunds

Customers have 4 business days from the delivery date to report any issues with their order to be eligible for a return, remake, or refund.

After this period, adjustments or compensation will not be available.

To initiate a request, email lincolnspioneer@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Multiple Orders

If multiple orders are placed for the same address, we will attempt to combine shipping and refund any overages, depending on our current workload.

By placing multiple orders, you agree to pay separate shipping charges unless combined shipping is confirmed.
