Shop Policies

When you place an order with Lincoln's Pioneer Custom Creations you are agreeing to all of the following policies:

Customization:

We send mock-ups for custom items. You have one week from the mock-up being sent to approve or request changes. After a week the item will be made and sent. You are allowed up to 2 free changes. If more changes are requested you will be charged $5 for another 2 edits.

Turnaround Times:

We have a standard turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. We try to get them out within a couple days of the order but reserve the 1-2 weeks for turnaround time. If our turn around time is greater than this we will make you aware of it.

Cancellations:

If you place a custom order you have 12 hours to cancel. After the order has been started it can not be canceled. 

If the order is not custom you have 24 hours to cancel. 

Package Protection:

IF I DECLINE ROUTE PROTECTION, I AM WAIVING RESPONSIBILITY OF REPLACEMENT OR REFUND BY LINCOLN'S PIONEER. 

Shipping:

All items shipped will be shipped with tracking. You will get an email with your tracking number once it has shipped. Once it has shipped I am no longer responsible for the package. Any issues such as lost items you will need to contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You are responsible for having a safe delivery space.

Need to change shipping address:

Please contact me if your shipping address needs to be changed. I can make the changes on my end. When you email me please include your order number as well as the correct address. E-mails can be sent to: lincolnspioneer@gmail.com

Multiple orders:

If you have placed more than one order going to the same address I try to combine shipping when I can. If I am able to combine your orders I will refund any shipping overages. Please note this is dependent on my current amount of orders if I am able to. By placing multiple orders you are agreeing to pay separate shipping charges. 

Cancellations:

Lincoln's Pioneer Custom Creations reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. 

We will cancel any custom orders without proper info after one month from order date. It is your responsibility to provide all the necessary information. We do not have the time to email you 2+ times requesting this information. You will not get any refund for these canceled orders.
